Easter Continues!!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our April Family Worship and Coffee Hour last Sunday. It was so good to be together!

Celebrating Our Church Family:

  • Happy Birthday to Inara, Madi, Ted, Roberta, Chrissy, Leslie, Sue, and Debbie!

  • Happy Anniversary to Penny and Ross (49th) and Bob and Jean (48th)!

May your special days be filled with blessings!

Dickie is Back!

Since last November, his health has kept him away from the pews, so we have been praying for him. God answered our prayers in a big way last Sunday! Not only did Dickie make it to church, but he pulled a total "pro move" and drove himself here. I wasn't sure he could pull it off, but there he was—shining brighter than the altar candles—reading his beautiful testimony for all of us to hear.

Welcome our New Pastor: We are excited to welcome Pastor Craig Taylor, Megan, Reilley (8), and Ezra (6) from Kentucky, starting July 1st. God has prepared the right pastor who understands cooperative ministry in a rural area. He will be serving four churches.

Nursing Home ministry

A huge thank you to Denise, Penny, and Sue from Hodgdon UMC for stepping into the nursing home ministry alongside Kirsty, Jiang, and Hong from Houlton UMC!

We meet every Friday at 10:00 AM at Gardiner for Bible study, and every third Sunday at 2:00 PM, we hold a nursing home service filled with music! May God bless all those who bring such passion and compassion to our residents.

Thank you for welcoming me as your sister, both here in America and in heaven! You are always so thoughtful and generous.
